β’ Tailscale is seeking an experienced and data-driven Lifecycle Marketing Manager with a passion for funnel analytics, compelling content, and both developer and decision-maker marketing. β’ You will build a Lifecycle Marketing program that serves both the sales and self-service acquisition funnels. β’ Ensure that prospects and customers are receiving the resources they need to be successful with Tailscale. β’ You will be designing, implementing, and optimizing programs across all segments and stages of the funnel, leveraging marketing automation techniques, user data, and creative content.
β’ 5+ years of experience in a B2B lifecycle marketing role at a technology startup and a track record of driving conversion rate improvements. β’ Expert in marketing automation technology, preferably HubSpot. β’ Deep understanding of software development, including the ability to effectively communicate with developers, engineering leaders, product leaders and founders. β’ Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with data and make informed decisions. β’ Experience and passion for working cross-functionally within a go-to-market organization. β’ Excellent writing skills with the ability to create lifecycle content for review by SMEs. β’ Self-starter who can drive recommendations and decisions with minimal oversight. β’ Results-oriented with a collaborative and proactive mindset; customer-first mentality.
