Description

• Responsible for building and maintaining great relationships with clients to drive sales growth • Develop and implement sales strategies that address customer needs and deliver results • Identify new business opportunities and build business cases in conjunction with clients • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new products and optimize sales for existing products • Manage sales campaigns from end-to-end, including ensuring customer satisfaction, forecasting product demand, and tracking progress against set goals • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to create long-term partnerships • Lead and motivate sales teams to deliver against sales targets and KPIs • Track sales activity, provide regular reporting and analysis to inform business decisions

Requirements

• Strong track record in sales, ideally within the accounting industry • Proven experience in managing sales teams with a focus on driving sales growth • Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with key decision-makers • Sophisticated business acumen with a strategic mindset • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, results-driven environment • Passion for collaborating with cross-functional teams as a skilled influencer and connector • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or equivalent experience is a bonus
