Description

ā€¢ Translate complex data into actionable insights, automate reporting, and build dashboards to track key performance metrics like CPA, ROAS, and LTV ā€¢ Analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and consumer feedback to identify acquisition opportunities across various channels (e.g., Facebook Ads, Google Ads, organic search) ā€¢ Optimize paid advertising campaigns towards clear ROAS targets, manage ad creatives briefing and rotation, track KPIs and collaborate with creative teams and agencies to drive user growth ā€¢ Improve organic visibility through App Store optimizations and other initiatives ā€¢ Support multiple time zones and countries with working hours from 2 pm - 10 pm CST. It requires an interest in global customer insights.

Requirements

ā€¢ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills ā€¢ Experience in SQL and data visualization tools like Looker ā€¢ Experience with marketing analytical tools and MMPs such as Google Analytics and Adjust ā€¢ Prior experience in managing paid marketing campaigns or building analytics solutions for marketing teams ā€¢ Fluency in Spanish and English with excellent communication and collaboration skills ā€¢ 3+ years of experience in data analytics and A/B testing ā€¢ 3+ years of experience in user acquisition or digital marketing
