• Tala is on a mission to unleash the economic power of the Global Majority. • By creating a unique platform that enables lending and other financial services around the globe. • Currently, over nine million people across Kenya, the Philippines, Mexico, and India have used Tala products. • We are looking for a Strategic Finance Manager to join our Strategic Finance team at Tala! This person will develop a deep understanding of the business and drive insightful decision-making across the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering or another quantitative field • 4+ years of relevant experience in analytical roles - such as, strategy and operations, strategic finance, investment banking, private equity, and/or management consulting. Bonus points for experience at a high-growth tech startup! • Excellent to Advanced proficiency in Excel and/or GSheets. Bonus points for completing a financial modeling course • Excellent in SQL and/or data visualization tools (e.g. Looker, Amplitude, Tableau), you will be sourcing data for operational and financial models • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence in an unstructured, cross-functional environment
