🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in a creative strategy role, preferably in an agency or in-house marketing team. • Proven track record of developing and executing creatives that tie to successful performance marketing results. • Strong understanding of marketing principles, brand strategy, and consumer behavior. • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. • Proficiency in creative research tools, project management tools (e.g. Jira) and marketing analytics platforms (e.g. Google Analytics, Adjust, Looker, Excel). • Preferred Skills & Experience: • 3+ years of experience working with user acquisition teams. • 3+ years of experience in graphic design, motion design.
