•Tala is on a mission to unleash the economic power of the Global Majority – the 4 billion people overlooked by existing financial systems. •Currently, over nine million people across Kenya, the Philippines, Mexico, and India have used Tala products. •As the VP of Global HR & Rewards, you will play a critical role in fostering a dynamic, inclusive, and high-performing workplace at Tala. •This role requires a deep understanding of global workforce management, compensation, talent development, and HR best practices in diverse markets.
🎯 Requirements
•Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. •8+ years of HR leadership experience in a global, high-growth organization (preferably in fintech or financial services). •Expertise in HR best practices, policies, and employment laws across multiple countries. •Proven success in developing and executing HR strategies that drive business performance. •Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop teams across different markets. •Deep experience in compensation philosophy, talent management, and workforce planning. •Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage at all levels. •High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
