• En tant Responsable Opérationnels de nos comptes SAP chez Talan, vous accompagnez nos clients dans leur transformation digitale et maintenez une relation de confiance à long terme. • Vous maîtrisez la roadmap SAP et proposez des solutions adaptées et innovantes à nos clients. • Vous êtes responsable de nos clients stratégiques existants et identifiez et créez de nouvelles opportunités commerciales sur nos offres de Support & Expertise SAP. • Vous contribuez aux phases d'avant-vente : qualification, rédaction de réponses aux appels d’offres, chiffrages, soutenance, négociations commerciales et contractuelles.
🎯 Requirements
• Vous possédez de solides compétences sur SAP grâce à votre participation à des projets d'implémentation ou à des TMA. • Vous maîtrisez l'écosystème SAP, êtes curieux et toujours à l’affût des dernières évolutions de l'éditeur. • Vous avez une expérience professionnelle significative en tant que ROC ou dans un rôle similaire, et vous savez communiquer efficacement avec les clients et les équipes internes. • Vous parlez anglais couramment. • Vous n'aimez pas la routine !
