📋 Description
• Developing and maintaining robust and scalable web applications using JavaScript, React, Next.js, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS. • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement new features, optimize performance, and improve user experience. • Designing and implementing high-quality user interfaces using JavaScript, React, and related frameworks. • Optimizing application performance and ensuring a smooth user experience across different devices and browsers. • Participating in code reviews, providing constructive feedback, and mentoring junior engineers. • Staying up-to-date with emerging frontend technologies and industry trends. • Recognizing impediments to efficiency as a team ("technical debt"), proposing and implementing solutions. • Collaborating with the team on larger projects.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). • 3-5 years of professional experience in frontend development. • Solid experience in frontend development using JavaScript and React. • Experience owning a project from concept to production, including proposal, discussion, and execution. • Proficiency in Next.js, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS. • Strong understanding of web development principles, including responsive design and cross-browser compatibility. • Experience with performance and optimization problems and a demonstrated ability to both diagnose and prevent these problems. • Experience with RESTful APIs and integrating frontend applications with backend services. • Familiarity with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest) and code quality tools (e.g., ESLint). • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Effective communication and collaboration abilities. • Proficiency in the English language, both written and verbal. • Demonstrated capacity to clearly and concisely communicate about complex technical, architectural, and/or organizational problems and propose thorough iterative solutions. • Comfort working in a highly agile, intensely iterative software development process. • Positive and solution-oriented mindset. • Self-motivated and self-managing, with strong organizational skills.
