📋 Description
• Applicants should be passionate about sustainability and have the technical aptitude to manage energy efficiency projects. • Responsible for driving innovative energy infrastructure upgrades (e.g., LED lighting, solar photovoltaics, data center power and cooling, etc.) • Managing an internal team of engineers and associates, and coordinating with clients and subcontractors. • Success in this position requires a dynamic individual with strong managerial and technical abilities. • Potential responsibilities may include but are not limited to: Project management, engineering management, and business development.
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years relevant work experience with demonstrated history of project leadership • Prior experience with engineering or demonstration of technical aptitude • Demonstrated passion for energy efficiency, renewable energy, and/or sustainability • Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a team • Bachelor’s degree (preferably in engineering/STEM) and US work authorization required; undergraduate GPA > 3.5 • Willingness to travel 20% of the time
