📋 Description

• Provide preparation and analysis of budget and financial data. • Verification and assessment of budget and financial data. • Contribute to budget strategy and maintain financial spreadsheets and databases. • Monitor and track funding, obligations, and schedules. • Consult client on adjustments to overall budget. • Gather and consolidate project related financial data from DHS systems. • Provide professional/technical services in support of acquisition planning. • Advise, develop, and review procurement requests and acquisition packages. • Contribute to project management and oversight of programs and projects.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s and 10+ years of relevant experience or Master’s and 5+ years of relevant experience. • Active Top Secret Security Clearance. • Strong technical writing skills, targeting both technical and non-technical audiences. • Experience providing direct or consultant support to major programs or offices. • Strong interpersonal skills for effective working relationships. • Strong project management skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration sites. • Excellent communication, written, and organizational skills. • Ability to prioritize, track, and complete multiple projects. • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment. • Experience supporting DoD and/or DHS components. • Experience developing communications materials for various platforms. • Experience with stakeholder engagement and management. • Web publishing support experience, preferably for DHS.
