Description

• Join the Worldline remote team as a Senior Java Software Engineer • Be responsible for the full lifecycle of innovative, large-scale Java/Spring-based products • Translate software requirements into maintainable solutions within the existing application frameworks • Engage with the broader tech community to understand emerging technologies and incorporate them into existing workflows • Strong product mindset and a passion for enhancing user experiences • Focus on prioritizing work based on customer needs and making data-driven decisions to address customer pain-points

Requirements

• Have at least 6+ years of experience in product development within a tech company • Bring solid experience with Java, Spring, and cloud technologies • Possess a knack for solving complex problems • Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as quick learning abilities • Communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing • Hold an MSc or BSc in Computer Science or a related field • Have a DevOps mindset, with the ability to maintain the application in production • Nice-to-have: Previous experience in integrating API and/or KYC/PSP providers • Basic knowledge of SQL and databases, along with experience in JDBC and database management in Java • Experience in the financial industry and/or e-commerce business
