• Responsible for proactively finding candidates for client roles • Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter to identify candidates • Develop and implement new and creative ideas • Report to the CEO and support a team of Recruiting Specialists • Determine applicant requirements • Research profiles in LinkedIn and job boards • Manage client applicant tracking system • Maintain candidate relationships for future opportunities
• Bachelor’s degree preferred • Experience working with an applicant tracking system or customer relationship management system • Experience sourcing individuals for varied business, technical, and scientific positions • Technical proficiency in MS Office and Google Docs • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail • Ability to maintain confidentiality • Desire to work in a fast-paced, high caliber, and dynamic environment • Possess an entrepreneurial spirit • Proactive mindset in helping find the best candidates • Ability to work in a virtual small team environment with limited direction
