• Crafting compelling, high-quality proposals that showcase our strengths and win new clients • Collaborating with Sales, Delivery, and Operations teams to create winning content • Managing the end-to-end bid process, ensuring every proposal meets client needs • Developing and maintaining a library of up-to-date bid content tailored to our services • Supporting strategy development, ensuring bids align with company goals • Tracking bid outcomes and contributing to the continuous improvement of our process
🎯 Requirements
• Previous bid writing experience OR a strong understanding of the recruitment industry with excellent writing skills • Strong research, writing, and editing skills; attention to detail • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines • Team player with great communication skills • Familiarity with MS Office Suite and bid management tools is a plus
