• Craft and edit engaging, on-brand copy tailored for social media platforms and the different brands, including captions, posts, reels, stories, and other digital formats. • Enforcing Career.io’s voice through consistent and high-quality editing and copy across multiple social media platforms. • Participate in brainstorm/concept meetings; collaborate to find solid solutions to problems; welcome feedback from the team. • Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and emerging best practices to inform copy direction. • Collaborate with designers, strategists, and marketers to create cohesive social campaigns that resonate with audiences and drive engagement. • Review and edit social copy for accuracy, adherence to brand voice, and a compelling call to action. • Manage and prioritize multiple content requests, ensuring timely delivery without compromising quality.

Requirements

• Exceptional social media writing skills with an understanding of how to write for different platforms and formats (e.g., short-form, hashtags, emojis, and platform-specific voice tones). • A strong grasp of brand voice, tailoring messages to diverse audiences while maintaining consistency. • Experience creating content that balances creativity and marketing objectives (e.g., engaging captions, attention-grabbing hooks, and CTA-driven messaging). • Phenomenal project and time management skills. • A proactive and resourceful approach to gathering information and crafting stories, paired with a strong ability to adapt quickly to feedback. • Strong computer and typing skills, especially MS Office. • Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Marketing or related field. • 1-3 years of experience as a copywriter focused on social media content creation. • Familiarity with developing and enforcing voice & style guidelines.
