Description

• We are seeking an experienced Account Based Marketing (ABM) Team Leader to spearhead our ABM initiatives for our Lead generation and Digital Marketing Agency. • The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of ABM strategies, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of driving successful marketing campaigns that cater to key accounts. • This role can lead up to 10 team members, including database specialists and telemarketers responsible for client outreach efforts. • The manager will ensure seamless collaboration across these diverse functions, aligning their work with overall marketing strategies and driving high performance. • Understand, interpret and implement database management strategies, ensuring seamless execution across all teams. • Directly manage, lead, mentor, and motivate a team, ensuring alignment with marketing strategies, high-quality deliverables, and that team members meet their targets. • Assign tasks and resources efficiently, balancing workloads across the team to maximise output and ensure seamless execution of telemarketing initiatives. • Create scripts for each client campaign along with optimising performance based on real data. • Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance metrics to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. • Manage telemarketing initiatives, including scheduling, training, script development, and performance coaching to optimise outreach efforts. • Present reports on team performance, campaign results, and database insights to stakeholders. • Confidently review Design and performance of each individual EDM based on the client’s needs and best practices. • Lead efforts in database selection, maintenance, ensuring data accuracy (QA) effective segmentation and manual build direction for targeted campaigns. • Research and implement industry best practices for ABM, staying ahead of trends and emerging technologies.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in ABM with the last 2 consecutive years in a leadership role. • Strong understanding of telemarketing, email marketing, Linkedin Marketing and database requirements • Proficient in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM software) and reporting metrics. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and team members. • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Strong proven excel knowledge • Skilled at manipulating data into meaningful insights
