Description

• We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to work directly with our CEO and COO in supporting the day-to-day operations of our Lead Generation and Digital Marketing Agency. • This role will involve managing multiple inboxes, responding to clients, overseeing the CEO's LinkedIn page, and assisting with various organisational tasks. • You will be confident, professional, and comfortable working with clients from Australia and New Zealand, handling scheduling, travel arrangements, and team coordination. • The ideal candidate will be tech-savvy, resourceful, and have experience managing tasks in ClickUp and Slack. • Key Responsibilities: • Inbox Management: Manage several inboxes, prioritise and respond to client and internal communications on behalf of the CEO. • Client Communications: Act as a point of contact for clients, handling inquiries professionally and ensuring timely responses. • Content Creation: Develop and posting content on Linkedin. • Social Media Strategy: Assist in crafting a social media strategy aligned with the organisation's marketing goals. • Community Engagement: Monitor social media interactions, responding to comments, and engaging with followers. • Analytics Tracking: Monitor performance metrics and prepare reports on social media engagement and growth. • Content Scheduling: Manage a content calendar to ensure regular posting and timely responses to trends or events. • Calendar & Scheduling: Coordinate and manage the CEO’s calendar. • Travel Management: Book all travel arrangements for the CEO. • Task Management: Monitor ClickUp and Slack for CEO tasks. • Team Retreat Coordination: Organise and plan team retreats when required. • Second-Hand Support: Provide support as needed to the COO.

Requirements

• 7 years experience as an Executive Assistant, specifically supporting C Suite executives, preferably within a digital marketing or tech environment, but not required. • Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple inboxes and tasks efficiently. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence in dealing with clients from Australia and New Zealand. • Proficiency in ClickUp, Slack, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace. • Experience managing social media platforms, especially LinkedIn. • Ability to handle travel arrangements and schedule coordination seamlessly. • Strong attention to detail and proactive problem-solving skills. • Willingness and availability to travel with the CEO as necessary.
