📋 Description
• This is a remote position. • Director of Communications (Marketing): Fully Remote (So Cal or So Fla preferred) • 110-120k base + bonus. • We seek a dynamic Director of Communications to spearhead our strategic communication initiatives. • You will craft and implement impactful communication strategies, enhancing our brand image internally and externally. • This role involves developing compelling narratives, managing public relations, and ensuring consistent messaging across all channels. • Key Responsibilities: • Develop and execute multi-channel communication strategies, including marketing automation, customer journey mapping, and PR. • Lead and mentor a team of communication professionals, fostering alignment with company goals. • Collaborate with internal teams to create integrated communication plans and materials. • Leverage marketing automation and customer journey mapping for optimized customer experiences. • Oversee public relations activities, media relations, and crisis communication. • Track and analyze communication effectiveness, refining strategies based on data-driven insights.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field • 5+ years of B2C and B2B email marketing experience • 7+ years of management experience • Strong understanding of marketing automation and customer journey mapping • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and writing skills
