β€’ As the Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping our brand identity and driving customer engagement. β€’ Responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our services, generate leads, and enhance brand awareness. β€’ Exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing company from the ground up and make a significant impact. β€’ Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to achieve company objectives and drive business growth. β€’ Conduct market research to identify target audiences, market trends, and competitive landscape. β€’ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define brand messaging, value propositions, and positioning. β€’ Create compelling marketing content, including website copy, blog posts, case studies, and social media posts. β€’ Build and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels such as social media, email, and search engines. β€’ Generate content for all channels (static, graphics, banners, videos, TikTok, Reels). β€’ Establish and maintain relationships with media outlets, industry influencers, and strategic partners. β€’ Measure and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives using metrics and KPIs to optimize results. β€’ Stay updated on emerging trends and best practices in marketing, technology, and the tech services industry.

Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field. β€’ Advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus. β€’ Proven experience in marketing roles, preferably in the technology sector or related industry. β€’ Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and techniques, including SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media marketing. β€’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling messaging and content. β€’ Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and the ability to translate ideas into actionable plans. β€’ Results-oriented with a track record of driving measurable outcomes and achieving targets. β€’ Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. β€’ Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, SEMrush). β€’ Experience working with design softwares to create content - graphics and videos (Canva, CapCut, Photoshop etc)
