• Our client is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Outbound Lead Generation Specialist to drive revenue growth and grow their membership. • You will be responsible for initiating and nurturing conversations with new potential clients, recouping and re-setting leads, and driving $1M in new business revenue annually. • Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities. • Initiate conversations with potential clients through a combination of LinkedIn and email marketing methods. • Identify client needs and suggest appropriate services. • Present our company to potential clients. • Set up meetings or calls between potential clients and Account Executives. • Recoup and re-set leads who didn’t initially close. • Execute team & administrative tasks, including morning huddles, end of day reports, and CRM updates.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong organizational and time management skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills • Friendly, approachable, and proactive attitude • Familiarity with startup and job search ecosystem is a plus • 2-3 years of experience
