• Our mission is to simplify the recruitment process for global clients by providing access to highly skilled professionals who excel in their fields. • The SDR will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by identifying and qualifying potential clients, scheduling appointments, and maintaining a robust pipeline of leads. • This role is perfect for someone who thrives on engaging with prospects, building relationships, and delivering exceptional results. • Use provided lead lists to identify potential clients and initiate outreach. • Conduct outbound calls and log all interactions in the CRM system. • Schedule and confirm at least two qualified meetings daily. • Track leads throughout the sales process, ensuring timely follow-ups and consistent engagement. • Work closely with the CEO and COO to provide updates and follow up on meetings. • Meet weekly performance metrics as outlined by the COO. • Maintain accurate records of activities, meetings, and prospects in the CRM. • Understand the client’s industry to tailor outreach effectively.
• 2-4 years of experience in a sales development, business development, or similar role. • Excellent communication and active listening skills. • Strong organizational and research abilities. • Proficiency in using CRM systems and outreach tools (e.g., ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator). • Ability to handle rejection with professionalism and persistence. • Proven track record of setting appointments and meeting outreach KPIs. • Experience with the physical security or similar industry (preferred but not required). • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to tailor solutions to client needs. • Strong written English and grammar skills (assessment may be required). • Availability to work USA Central Time hours (9 am – 6 pm).
