• Prepare and review financial statements in compliance with IFRS. • Supervise the monthly and annual closing process. • Ensure timely and accurate tax filings and compliance. • Lead audits and liaise with external auditors. • Monitor cash flow and conduct financial analysis. • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning. • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior accounting staff. • Review internal controls and improve accounting processes. • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations. • Assist in strategic financial decision-making for the organization.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance. • Professional accounting qualification (e.g., CA(SA), ACCA). • Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience. • Strong knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting standards. • Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems. • Excellent leadership and team management skills. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
