• Onboarding & Offboarding: Du sorgst dafür, dass sich unsere Talents (Studierende) von Tag 1 an willkommen fühlen und ein reibungsloser Übergang in die Weiterbildung sowie ein erfolgreiches Programmende gewährleistet ist. • Teilnehmerzufriedenheit als Priorität: Du entwickelst Maßnahmen, um sicherzustellen, dass unsere Talents begeistert sind – durch aktive Betreuung, schnelles Lösen von Anliegen und eine kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Lernumgebung. • Prozessgestaltung & Administration mit Impact: Du überwachst und optimierst Abläufe rund um die Teilnehmerverwaltung, organisierst Daten effizient und machst administrative Aufgaben nicht nur effizient, sondern auch erlebbar. • Academy Culture gestalten: Du trägst aktiv zur Community-Bildung bei – ob durch Online-Events, Weihnachtsfeiern oder kreative Formate, die das Lernen und Netzwerken innerhalb unserer Academy bereichern. • Enger Austausch mit internen Teams: Du arbeitest Hand in Hand mit Dozierenden, dem Sales- und Learning-Team, um einen optimalen Teilnehmer-Flow sicherzustellen.
