β’ You'll be a critical member of the sales team. β’ Responsible for onboarding new customers and their orders. β’ Work closely with CSMs, Customers, Sales, Partners, Provisioning, Billing, and Operations. β’ Ensure Customer orders are processed in a timely manner for a speedy, accurate onboarding experience. β’ Build relationships with internal employees, vendors, and partners. β’ Take ownership of customer orders and work directly with stakeholders. β’ Data entry of ordered services into the Orchestra billing portal. β’ Ensuring supporting order documentation meets completion requirements.
β’ A strong sense of ownership. β’ Strong written and verbal communication skills. β’ Detail and project-oriented. β’ Self-motivated with a get the job done attitude is a plus. β’ Business-to-business experience with Fortune 1000 customers is nice to have. β’ Highly proficient with Excel (formulas, pivot tables, and vlookups required), Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, and Word. β’ Telecom experience is a plus.
