📋 Description
• You'll be a critical member of the sales team. • Responsible for onboarding new customers and their orders. • Work closely with CSMs, Customers, Sales, Partners, Provisioning, Billing, and Operations. • Ensure Customer orders are processed in a timely manner for a speedy, accurate onboarding experience. • Build relationships with internal employees, vendors, and partners. • Take ownership of customer orders and work directly with stakeholders. • Data entry of ordered services into the Orchestra billing portal. • Ensuring supporting order documentation meets completion requirements.
🎯 Requirements
• A strong sense of ownership. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Detail and project-oriented. • Self-motivated with a get the job done attitude is a plus. • Business-to-business experience with Fortune 1000 customers is nice to have. • Highly proficient with Excel (formulas, pivot tables, and vlookups required), Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, and Word. • Telecom experience is a plus.
