🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience working in Product Management • Proven experience in product management, particularly in web solutions and Military Program products • Strong understanding of human-centered design and business process optimization • Effective systems thinking and analysis skills • Excellent communication and negotiation skills • Knowledge of and experience with agile methodologies • Ability to collaborate effectively across practices and with internal stakeholders • Experience with the Microsoft Office suite of products and experience with software product development team tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and related tools • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
