Description
• Collaborate with the recruiter to understand the requirements of each vacancy. • Generate candidate search strategies through various channels and/or tools. • Evaluate resumes and conduct initial screening to assess candidates' skills and fit for specific roles. • Pre-select candidates based on their skills, level of English, salary range, etc. • Find creative ways to attract candidates during the initial contact phase. • Scheduling interviews according to candidate availability • Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for future opportunities
Requirements
• Minimum 1 year of experience as IT Sourcer. • Experience in the Latin American market. • Advanced English is a must (B2/C1). • Previous experience working in consulting firms or IT companies. • Previous experience using LinkedIn /Google / Boolean search • Experience using ATS (Lever, bullhorn, etc) is desirable.
