• Ensure that access requests are well-documented, understood, and escalated to management when necessary. • Regularly audit system access to ensure accuracy and policy adherence. • Ensure compliance with security guidelines among employees and escalate non-compliance issues as required. • Develop an in-depth understanding of business processes, assets, facilities, and regulatory requirements to effectively manage security risks. • Conduct continuous monitoring and periodic updates to security program materials, ensuring quality, accuracy, and operational efficiency. • Prepare for and participate in both internal and external security audits. • Analyze security incidents and perform root cause analysis to mitigate future risks. • Foster a team-oriented atmosphere and maintain effective working relationships across different teams and regions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Security, Business Continuity, Information Technology, or a related field. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in security data management. • Proficiency in reporting tools such as OBIEE, data manipulation, and advanced Excel skills. • Strong understanding of risk management disciplines, including information security, IT risk, vendor risk, and operational risk. • In-depth knowledge of security policies and information systems. • Ability to analyze and report security incidents and perform root cause analysis. • Innovative, adaptable, and detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset. • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong working relationships across teams and geographies. • Experience participating in security audits and driving operational improvements.
