• We are a US company with a strong presence in LATAM and across 20 countries around the world. • We are seeking a detail-oriented Salesforce Business Analyst to join our team. • The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering business requirements, designing Salesforce solutions, and ensuring successful implementation to meet business needs. • Key Responsibilities: Requirements Gathering, Solution Design, Configuration, Testing and Validation, User Training, Documentation, Continuous Improvement.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field. • 2+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or in a similar role. • Strong understanding of Salesforce capabilities and best practices. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders. • Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM 201) is preferred.
