• Analyze higher education business processes and systems • Gather and document business requirements • Translate business needs into technical requirements • Develop innovative solutions with IT and business teams • Align solutions with educational technologies • Lead the design of business models, use cases, and process flows • Coordinate with cross-functional teams for project execution • Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations • Provide guidance on leveraging technology for business objectives • Promote a culture of continuous improvement • Implement best practices for business analysis and project management
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst within the IT Industry • Experience working within higher education institutions • Good understanding of academic administration, student information systems, learning management systems, and CRM systems • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills • Experience with project management tools and Agile methodologies • Great soft skills with emphasis in communication and interpersonal skills • Scrum certification and experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies • English C1 or above is mandatory
