• Talkiatry’s mission is to transform psychiatry with accessible, human, and responsible care. • 60% of adults in the U.S. with a diagnosable mental illness go untreated every year because care is inaccessible, while 45% of clinicians are out of network with insurers because reimbursement rates are low, and paperwork is unduly burdensome. • Talkiatry is seeking experienced licensed Therapists, including social workers, counselors, and marriage and family therapists (LCSWs, LMFTs, LMHCs, LPCs, LCPCs, LPCCs) to join our team of providers.

Requirements

• Therapists must hold licenses that allow them to practice independently in the state(s) in which they practice. The practice is not able to provide clinical supervision for practice purposes (i.e., for LMSWs) and not able to provide supervised experience to work toward independent licensure for psychotherapists. • Technical proficiency with the ability to learn new or streamlined EMR tools. • Active and unrestricted state license; willingness and ability to obtain additional state licensure, as requested, paid for by Talkiatry.
