• Our Engineering team is scaling up, and we’re looking to hire a Senior DevOps Manager • Our DevOps team takes the lead in building and supporting the cloud-native infrastructure on which the rest of our Engineering team runs • We’re looking for a team manager who blends strong experience navigating stakeholders and prioritization decisions with practical experience in an AWS stack– and a willingness to mentor • Talkiatry transforms psychiatry with accessible, human, and responsible care • 60% of adults in the U.S. with a diagnosable mental illness go untreated every year because care is inaccessible

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Engineering and DevOps • Proven experience as a DevOps Manager or in a similar leadership role • Strong experience in AWS and Kubernetes stacks • Experience with CI/CD tools and practices • Demonstrated excellent prioritization and project management skills • A love of mentorship and coaching, helping other engineers flourish in their careers • A solid understanding of infrastructure as code (IaC) and automation • Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences • Comfort with change – we’re a startup, and our processes evolve to meet the size and stage of our teams and technology
