📋 Description
• We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Construction Project Manager to oversee the construction of our mission-critical and hyper-scale data centers. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing large, complex construction projects involving significant mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems. This role requires a hands-on approach, exceptional project management skills, and the ability to drive cost, schedule, and quality on-site.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree • 6+ years of experience managing large, complex construction projects with significant MEP systems • 6+ years of general contractor and vendor management experience, including RFPs, bidding, change orders, quality control, and RFI/submittal tracking • 6+ years of experience constructing large-scale electrical engineering systems, including power distribution/generation gear, and mechanical engineering systems, including cooling systems
