• Lead, Manage and be Accountable for the performance for all clients across all paid media channels • Take ownership for meeting & exceeding expectations of all clients • Create advertising strategies and tactics for all clients to meet their marketing goals • Execute & optimize campaigns in alignment with approved strategies • Keep the team's technical expertise updated and stay on top of trends • Ensure Process Adherence in the delivery team
• Must have 5 years of experience in a digital agency space as a manager • Proven track record of successful marketing plans, strategic planning, and campaign execution • In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn and other paid advertising platforms • Formal Education in Advertising desired, not mandatory • Working in an Agile Project Management environment is an added plus. • High Attention-to-Detail skills. • Strong work ethics and positive attitude. • A tech-savvy proactive mindset, self-starter, self-motivated. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Experience working in a high-pressure agency environment.
