• This is a remote position. • ALTERNATE TITLES: HR Operations Intern. • DEPARTMENT: People & HR. • COMPANY: Project Eagle. • REPORT TO: CEO. • We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven HR Intern to perform various administrative tasks and support our HR department’s daily activities. • If you’re ready to kickstart your career in Human Resources and build real-world experience with recruiting, payroll, employee development, and the coordination of HR policies and procedures, this is the internship for you. • ABOUT INTERNSHIP PROGRAM: Do you want to learn how to build a startup? Additional HR trainings will be a plus. • Software and Applications: Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, and familiarity with HRIS, ATS and resume databases. • Qualities & Capabilities: Excellent communication (verbal & written), interpersonal and consulting skills. Has clarity regarding basic HR Functions. Ability to meet targets and deadlines. Confident, pleasant personality, self-motivated and management skills.
