• TaskHuman is organizing the world’s human expertise, making coaching in 1000+ skills accessible. • Seeking a driven and detail-oriented Sourcer for coaches to join our Community Growth team. • Responsible for sourcing, identifying, and engaging top coaching talent aligned with business needs. • Collaborate with stakeholders to build a pipeline of potential coaches, trainers, and mentors. • Flexible and ready for change in our fast-growing organization is essential.
Requirements
• 2+ years of proven experience in talent sourcing or recruitment. • Fluency in English and another language is preferred • Experience working in a product-based or tech company is a plus. • Familiarity with various coaching methodologies, certifications (ICF, etc.), and leadership development frameworks. • Ability to identify and engage passive candidates using creative sourcing techniques. • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. • Proficient with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, GEM, GreenHouse, Recruitee etc.). • Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail. • Understanding of coaching needs in a corporate setting, particularly in product teams.
