📋 Description
• Responsible for performing audits, vulnerability assessments, security testing • Work with operations teams on remediation and mitigation of audit findings • Manage security system deployments, configurations, monitoring and reporting • Provide Incident Response support as needed
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum of 5 years IT experience • At least 3 years focused on IT security • Information security certification such as CISSP, SSCP, CCIE or CEH preferred • Hands-on experience in vulnerability scanning, firewall, antivirus & malware analysis, endpoint encryption, proxies, IDS/IPS, log correlation tools, SIEM, DLP, NAC, and WAF • Technical writing, documentation, and communication skills required • Comfortable working on both Linux-based and MS Windows-based systems • Strong understanding of enterprise, network, system, and application level security issues • Understanding of enterprise computing environments, distributed applications, and TCP/IP networks • Understanding of the system hardening processes, tools, guidelines and benchmarks • BPO contact center experience preferred, but not required
