📋 Description
• Manage the LMS user experience • Generate reports and maintain compliance dashboard • Connect and help users with LMS issues • Alpha and beta testing with media developers • Set up course structure in Moodle • Provide analysis and recommendations from reports • Coordinate with departments to increase compliance • Monitor LMS enrollments and manage course content • Configure and improve LMS tools and dashboards • Interact with developers and stakeholders to troubleshoot issues • Maintain roster competencies and badges • Generate compliance reports and maintain dashboards for compliance
🎯 Requirements
• Degree focused on L&D systems, Computer Science, or related field • 1-2 years of customer service or technical support experience • Experience managing a Learning Management System is a big advantage • Ability to handle technical tasks and LMS functionality issues • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Must be focused on customer satisfaction • Expert in managing a learning management system (preferably Moodle LMS) • Interest in working in training and human resources field • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills • Proficient with G-Suite Applications or Microsoft Office Apps • Strong attention to detail in data review • Familiarity with HTML, Javascript, and CSS is a plus • Technology literate with new software
