Description
•Process payroll from start to finish in compliance with local regulation for multiple sites •Manage start to end process for Payroll •Oversee and ensure Statutory/Social Insurance and tax compliance in local country •Lead and assist with internal and external audit requirements •Manage a team of Payroll Analyst & Specialist
Requirements
•Bachelor’s Degree with emphasis on business or accounting preferred •Experience with computerized payroll processing •Experience with Payroll Vendor management and Workday HR/Payroll systems a plus •Microsoft Excel and Word •Must be detailed oriented •Able to meet deadlines •Bi-lingual speaker (English and Japanese)
