Description

ā€¢ Provide process support to sales and client teams ā€¢ Monitor and track activities from identifying leads to closing opportunities ā€¢ Manage administrative requirements related to the sales process ā€¢ Support the team in coordinating with different internal stakeholders ā€¢ Work closely with relevant teams to identify risks on actual revenue and forecasts ā€¢ Maintain data integrity related to pricing, bookings, and contracts ā€¢ Work closely with the Sales Enablement team to verify sales performance reports ā€¢ Regularly review deals and activities with internal partners

Requirements

ā€¢ At least 1 year administrative experience ā€¢ Highly organized and proficient in writing ā€¢ High level of accuracy and attention to detail ā€¢ Advanced MS Office skills or Google Suite (Salesforce experience is a plus) ā€¢ Ability to work independently as well as part of a global team ā€¢ Passionate about sales and building strong client relationships ā€¢ Self-driven, analytical, and a problem solver ā€¢ Excellent written and verbal communication with internal partners ā€¢ Proactive communication style ensuring timely responses ā€¢ Ability to multitask, prioritize, and project manage ā€¢ Enthusiasm about continuous improvement and collaboration ā€¢ Openness and ability to work on a U.S. time zone shift
