• Provide process support to sales and client teams • Monitor and track activities from identifying leads to closing opportunities • Manage administrative requirements related to the sales process • Support the team in coordinating with different internal stakeholders • Work closely with relevant teams to identify risks on actual revenue and forecasts • Maintain data integrity related to pricing, bookings, and contracts • Work closely with the Sales Enablement team to verify sales performance reports • Regularly review deals and activities with internal partners
• At least 1 year administrative experience • Highly organized and proficient in writing • High level of accuracy and attention to detail • Advanced MS Office skills or Google Suite (Salesforce experience is a plus) • Ability to work independently as well as part of a global team • Passionate about sales and building strong client relationships • Self-driven, analytical, and a problem solver • Excellent written and verbal communication with internal partners • Proactive communication style ensuring timely responses • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and project manage • Enthusiasm about continuous improvement and collaboration • Openness and ability to work on a U.S. time zone shift
