• Manage the LMS user experience • Generate reports and maintain the compliance dashboard • Help users with LMS issues • Perform alpha and beta testing • Ensure roster is up-to-date and deactivate separated employees • Set up course structure in Moodle • Provide analysis, insights, and recommendations • Coordinate with required departments for compliance • Monitor LMS enrollments and upload course content • Configure and improve LMS tools and dashboards • Generate compliance reports regularly • Create and maintain easy-to-read dashboards
• Degree focused on L&D systems, Computer Science, or related field • 1-2 years of customer service or technical support experience • Experience managing a Learning Management System (preferably Moodle LMS) • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills • Proficient with G-Suite Applications or Microsoft Office Apps • Strong attention to detail in reviewing data • Knowledge of HTML, Javascript, and CSS is a plus • Knowledge of learning theories and methodologies is a big plus
