Description

• Independently contracted, licensed mental health professionals to provide counseling with resiliency skills • Develop and facilitate wellness seminars for staff, teach wellness components through individual counseling sessions • Address crisis and risk management, mood disturbances, and social support • Conduct individual counseling sessions, run skills groups, manage crisis situations, implement outreach initiatives for positive mental health

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Mental Health, Social Work, or a similar field • Fully licensed (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, Licensed Psychologist) professional practitioner • Three years of post-licensure experience in counseling including individual, group, and crisis management services • Contractors must carry their own personal liability insurance • Contractors must utilize their own Electronic or Paper Health Record system maintained outside any TaskUs platform • Must be able to work part-time hours, both pre-scheduled and PRN
