📋 Description
• Support the Legal Team with drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements. • Manage, own, and improve the Legal Team’s CLM to organize contracts and drive user adoption. • Lead legal operations initiatives including internal training and legal hours. • Assist in implementing the Brightflag legal spend management application. • Assist with UCC filings.
🎯 Requirements
• 3 + years of experience reviewing NDAs, Vendor Agreements, and other legal contracts. • Proven ability to work as part of a team and independently, in a fast-paced environment. • A can-do and problem-solving attitude. • Excellent planning, organizational, and time-management skills. • Excellent written and oral skills. • Proficiency with Slack, Google Workspace, Mac, Word, Excel, DocuSign, Box, is required. • Experience with ContractSafe, Monday.com, Atlassian suite, Brightflag, or similar tools is preferred. • References required.
