📋 Description
• Lead the Network Operations Center team. • Provide technical and functional leadership. • Conduct 1:1s and performance reviews. • Drive higher levels of automation and efficiency. • Collaborate with management to support departmental strategy. • Develop and maintain monitoring infrastructure. • Act as a point of escalation for the on-call team.
🎯 Requirements
• Up to 10 years of experience with 3 years as a team manager. • Hands-on experience with monitoring and logging tools preferably NewRelic, Prometheus, Grafana, and Splunk. • Ability to design and implement synthetic checks. • Good understanding of modern cloud architecture. • Good understanding of GCP and other cloud providers. • Practical understanding of Kubernetes, Linux, Automation, CI/CD, IaC. • Demonstrable experience tracking productivity in Jira and documentation using Confluence. • Scripting experience preferably in Bash, Python, and Terraform. • Preferred experience working in a SaaS customer facing environment.
