📋 Description
• This is a remote position. • Good Understanding of Linux (Redhat, Oracle) • Manage and monitor Linux and Windows-based systems to ensure high availability and performance • Develop and maintain automation scripts using Bash, PowerShell, Python, or other scripting languages • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to improve system reliability • Manage and configure network components such as firewalls, VPNs, load balancers, and DNS • Handle virtualization using platforms like VMware or Hyper-V • Manage and optimize databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server). • Good understanding of monitoring platforms and knowledge of Grafana and Prometheus • Understanding of Elastic Log Management and APM
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. • Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in a DevOps or system administration role. • Practical experience managing both Linux (RedHat, Oracle) and Windows-based systems. • Experience in managing and configuring network components such as firewalls, VPNs, load balancers, and DNS. • Proficient in scripting and automation using Bash, PowerShell, or Python. • Solid understanding of system performance monitoring and troubleshooting techniques. • Hands-on experience with virtualization technologies like VMware or Hyper-V. • Experience with database administration and optimization (MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server). • Familiarity with monitoring tools, particularly Grafana and Prometheus. • Knowledge of Elastic Stack (ELK) and Application Performance Monitoring (APM) solutions.
