Description

• As a Data Analyst, you will be instrumental in transforming data into actionable insights. • Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive dashboards and reports using primarily Power BI. • Ensure data integrity, manage reporting processes, and collaborate with various departments. • Drive continuous improvement by staying updated on industry trends and implementing innovative solutions. • Foster a positive team environment by actively collaborating with and supporting team members. • Serve as a proactive liaison with internal stakeholders of Tax.com and our shared service teams. • Perform data reconciliation and analysis using tools such as PowerBI, Microsoft® Access, and SQL Server. • Prepare and document final data projects comprehensively, assist in the installation of custom data extraction tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or similar technical area preferred. • Industry experience in B2B SaaS environment required. • Proven track record in developing reporting and insights from multiple data sources. • Experience in managing and delivering high-visibility operational reporting accurately and on schedule. • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft® Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, PowerBI, and Internet. • Basic knowledge of database technology platforms such as Oracle, SQL Server, or DB2. • Experience with business system applications like SFDC, SAP, Workday, Oracle, JD Edwards, or PeopleSoft is advantageous. • Familiarity with Structured Query Language (SQL) and/or Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) preferred.
