• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Law, or a related field. • Advanced degrees (e.g., JD, MBA) or certifications (e.g., CAMS, CFE) are preferred. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in BSA/AML compliance within a financial institution, including experience in managing compliance programs. • In-depth knowledge of BSA/AML laws, regulations, and best practices. • Familiarity with financial products, services, and transaction monitoring systems. • Knowledge of sanctions programs, such as those administered by OFAC. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure. • Proficiency in compliance software and tools.
