• Monitor regulatory requirements impacting operations • Ensure compliance with federal and state laws • Develop training programs for compliance • Assist Head of Compliance in various matters
Requirements
• 5-7 years compliance experience, preferably with an MSB • 2-3 years experience with NMLS reporting • Bachelors Degree in Business, Finance or related field • CRCM or other certification (preferred)
