Description

• Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within digital, FinTech, TaxTech, B2B, and eCommerce sectors. • Drive development and execution of monetization strategies, focusing on pricing optimization and revenue growth. • Evaluate market trends and customer needs to refine pricing structures for profitability. • Collaborate with product, marketing, and sales teams to build go-to-market strategies. • Work closely with cross-functional teams on business development projects, planning and executing OKRs. • Design strategic initiatives from concept through execution, managing timelines and stakeholder engagement. • Use data analytics to evaluate performance and identify growth opportunities. • Build and nurture strong relationships with stakeholders, driving alignment on business goals. • Set and achieve high-impact growth targets aligned with the company's strategic vision.

Requirements

• 4-5 years of consultancy experience combined with 3-4 years of industry expertise, particularly in digital, FinTech, TaxTech, B2B, or eCommerce sectors. • Strong critical thinking abilities and data interpretation skills with a data-driven mindset. • Proven track record in developing monetization strategies and optimizing pricing models. • Thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments with the ability to balance multiple priorities. • Experience working effectively in cross-functional teams. • Skilled in managing and executing strategic projects using frameworks like OKRs. • Proactive approach to problem-solving, ensuring continuous progress toward business objectives. • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and build strong relationships.
