Requirements

• 4-5 years of consultancy experience combined with 3-4 years of industry expertise, particularly in digital, FinTech, TaxTech, B2B, or eCommerce sectors. • Strong critical thinking abilities and data interpretation skills with a data-driven mindset. • Proven track record in developing monetization strategies and optimizing pricing models. • Thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments with the ability to balance multiple priorities. • Experience working effectively in cross-functional teams. • Skilled in managing and executing strategic projects using frameworks like OKRs. • Proactive approach to problem-solving, ensuring continuous progress toward business objectives. • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and build strong relationships.
