• Drive, inspire, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team, while shaping and driving Taxdoo's product-led growth strategy. • Establish a remarkable and enduring brand identity and presence for Taxdoo across all key channels, including partnerships. • Own the topics of lead generation, nurturing, SEO, SEA, social media, branding, content generation, product marketing, influencer marketing, and community management. • Manage the entire customer journey from awareness to advocacy, ensuring a seamless transition between marketing touchpoints and customer retention efforts. • Develop a marketing community strategy to cultivate an engaged network of customers and tax advisors and create unique, engaging, and concise content and positioning that stands out. • Develop strategies for customer acquisition and retention in collaboration with Sales and Customer Success as well as with other stakeholders and use OKR-setting for strategic planning and alignment with product offerings. • Work closely with our Sales team and enable them by providing tools and channels to secure customers, such as lead generation programs, and boost conversion rates through our website and social media. • Drive the marketing team to be the architect of Taxdoo’s market footprint, ensuring that our marketing strategy directly supports and amplifies hybrid/product-led growth initiatives and contributes to the overall Go-To-Market strategy.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, media management, business informatics, or equivalent professional training. • 8+ years of marketing experience, including at least 4 years in a senior leadership role, preferably within the fintech industry. • Proven track record of launching new verticals, initiatives, and brand messages within a SaaS company. • Experience in navigating within a cross-functional Go-To-Market unit including customer support, customer success, sales, revenue ops, compliance solutions, and partnerships management as main stakeholders, while fostering strong relationships with the product organization. • Experience in operating within an OKR setting to ensure marketing goals are aligned with overall company objectives and measurable performance targets. • Demonstrated experience in scaling up businesses, balancing pragmatic choices -making with strategic foresight to guide the team through growth and transformation phases. • Experience in building and transforming junior marketing teams into high-performance units through strong leadership capabilities, fostering both individual development and team growth. • Creativity and an innovative mindset to fuel brand growth and differentiation. • Proactive, goal-oriented, and fluent in both English and German, with outstanding communication skills.
