Description
• Work closely with different departments at Taxdoo to provide insights and support them in their decision making process. • Break down silos and foster a data-driven culture by showing the value of data to the entire Taxdoo team and leading by example on how to make data-informed choices. • Be a business partner for other departments to help them define their goals and the corresponding KPIs. • Help build a state-of-the art reporting landscape with the goal to move towards self-service analytics. • Collaborate with Data Engineers, Analytics Engineers and other Analysts to build the modelling layer of our data warehouse. • You'll be part of a remote-first company, offering you greater flexibility, accessibility, and convenience in your workday.
Requirements
• A university degree in computer science, business/finance, statistics, engineering, or a similar discipline with analytical bias and at least 5 years of experience in Data and Analytics. • An excellent understanding of typical SaaS metrics for all departments, incl. finance, product, marketing, sales, customer support and customer success. • Proven track record of generating impact for the business as you combine your technical and business understanding with very strong communication skills. • In-depth experience with at least one visualization tool as well as with SQL. • Experienced in defining KPIs from a business as well as from a technical perspective. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to work independently and as part of a cross functional team.
