Requirements

• Native / Fluent English language knowledge • Fluency in any other European language (German, French, Italian, Spanish) • Remote customer service experience (phone, email, chat) 1+ year • Work experience on the VAT field and/or ChatGPT / AI customer support is a great plus • Empathy and love for helping people • Ability to understand and explain complex issues in an easy manner • Excellent organization, problem-solving & communication skills
